Or an owl, or an elephant, or all sorts of things:
Nerys will be encouraging us all to make quite a mess with colour and fabric. It’s huge amounts of fun, and Nerys is a great teacher (she is one, as it happens, as well as a professional printmaker β she lectures and teaches in design and printmaking).
She will also undoubtedly have some of her own wonderful work for sale, using various techniques β lino cut, wood cut, dry-point etching and collograph printing. And there’ll be some kits available too – so that inspiration doesn’t have to stop after the Fibre and Fabric Fair is over.
The Fibre and Fabric Fair is in Harlech’s Memorial Hall on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th May – the late May Bank Holiday weekend. It’s one between 10 am and 4.30 pm, and there will be … tea and cakes available (hooray). And you can see more of Nerys’s work on her website, www.welshprintmaker.co.uk.
